Our current Capacity is 8000 Pcs/ Day, with having provision in our plant to further increase the scale if need be
Reverse Engineering
We use 3D scanners to clone a piece that our customer’s provide. The scanners give us a precise and accurate dimensions of the product to be cloned. Once we have a 3 dimensional CAD drawing of the customer sample, we can further make enhancements to the design based on the client’s requirements. Once given the approval, we produce the moulds for mass production on CNC machines.
Our in-house technicians along with our chemical providers, partner to ensure that properties of the desired product meet all standards.
Design and Development
We aid our clients with material development, product design, creation of the moulds, certifications of the products and finally manufacturing the products in bulk.
